About Us

At Pivot Point Family Services, we support children, youth, and adults with diverse abilities across Southwestern Ontario. Our individualized, flexible services are designed to help each individual and family reach their full potential. We believe in a world that celebrates neurodiversity  where every person is seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. With compassion and respect at the heart of our work, we provide personalized support for autistic and neurodiverse individuals of all ages, helping them build meaningful lives in their homes and communities.

Pivot Point embraces a Person-Centered Planning (PCP) approach that ensures the goals and priorities of each learner and their family are the focus of our service delivery. All services are highly individualized, adaptable, and designed to help each person reach their clearly defined goals, at every stage.

Kristin Grant

Regional Manager

As our Regional Manager, Kristin oversees all client and staff satisfaction within her region by ensuring all organisational processes are being followed, and that the agency’s Guiding Principles and Values are being experienced by everyone who encounters Pivot Point. Kristin is often the first point of contact for individuals or families seeking local services.

As an experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst, Sarah oversees most of the clinical processes provided on each case, as well as within our group services. Sarah is typically added to “early intervention”,  “school age services” as well as “Adult services” care teams shortly after the casefile has begun, and some initial goals and best services have been identified.

Pivot Point draws from our extensive network of experienced Program Managers to set and uphold clinical standards as well as administrative optimization for all services within their Program Area.

Admin Team

Currently, Pivot Point Family Services Canada is operated mainly through the administrative offices of Pivot Point Family Growth Centre Inc. As such, the new Pivot Point FSC benefits from 21 years of organizational excellence in HR, Accreditation & Governance standards, Accounting & Billing, Marketing, Technology & Infrastructure,  and many other office support roles.

Early Intervention ABA Therapeutic Services

Our Early Intervention service, for young children ages 18 months to 5 years of age, lays the foundation for success by introducing evidence-based strategies that unlock fun and learning at an early age. We focus on your family’s priorities and systematically tailor programs to your child’s needs. Key areas include:

School Age ABA Therapeutic Services

Designed for youth and teens ages 6 to 19 years old, our School Age program provides intensive, goal-focused 1-1 and group based interventions. We address functional skills that promote independence and self-regulation. Key focus areas include:

Mental Health Services

We offer Mental Health services for individuals of all ages, as well as for couples and families. Access us as a single-service, or fully integrate into other services. With our specialty in the emotional, behavioural, and relational conditions of childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, our experienced Counsellors and Family Support Workers help bring hope and stability back into turbulent lives.
